Do you want to utilize your EMDR skills to make a difference in children’s lives?
Do you want to learn how to integrate your play and art therapy skills with each of the eight phases of EMDR?
In this seminar, different EMDR protocols, techniques and tools will be provided to integrate with children ages 2 to 12. Educating and including caregivers in treating children with EMDR therapy will be explored. Case studies, videos and art and play methods will be provided.

Kim Johnson, LCSW
Kim Johnson, L.C.S.W. has worked in the mental health field since 1990 in the Sacramento area. She has been employed in both the public and private sectors, inpatient and outpatient settings. Kim has helped people of many ages and backgrounds to overcome past trauma, conflicts, alter dysfunctional patterns and actualize their potentials toward recovery and fulfillment.
She is an EMDRIA-Certified Therapist and EMDRIA-Approved Consultant; EMDR trainer; Volunteer Member of the EMDR International Association Standards & Training Committee since 2014; Featured speaker at 2019 Southern California EMDRIA Conference on EMDR & Children.
